Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. First Edition. The US second printing in dark blue cloth and red to type and illustration on cover. Some wear at  spine ends otherwise clean with solid binding. Jacket is unclipped with no price only ages ’10-14′ which makes me think this printing was for the library market. Chipping and short tears mainly to corners and spine ends with a longer tear to bottom of front panel, puncture near spine and scratches to rear panel. General edgewear.
